Cheese tortellini from Trader Joe’s and homemade gluten-free Alfredo sauce (which is pretty pointless poured over traditional pasta, but I still made it for the sake of experimenting for future dinners). The garnish is just a leaf of basil and a few shakes of black pepper.

I’d also like to take this as an opportunity to announce that I recently began working on a cookbook! I’ll be publishing it through Blurb, as I was really impressed with the quality of my cat book, Feline Good, that I put out with them last fall.

No clue how many pages or recipes yet, but the overall theme will be about making delicious food on a modest budget. I first started collecting recipes for it in college and appropriately titled the work in progress Living On A Shoestring.
