Asparagus sauteed in butter, garlic and parmesan.
I think this may’ve been the last time I had asparagus. It’s one of many foods I slowly coaxed Chris into liking over the years, and I always forget that it’s “safe” now. ;)

Damien and I are huge fans of asparagus, I coaxed him into liking it now too! Now he always cooks it with everything we have. Looks and sounds tasty. I still don’t have Parmesan in my house, Trader Joes here we come.
Parmesan is widely referred to as “shaky cheese” in our household. I swear I put it on EVERYTHING. The best is oven roasting red potatoes slathered in butter, Parmesan and cracked black pepper. CHOMP!
Wowie…this photo looks amazing. I usually avoid parmesan…so smelly :/
